Learning Potential Foundation Job Posting

Learning Potential Foundation is a private ECS looking for a part time Occupational Therapist who will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to plan and carry out programs, enable and support learning for the child and family members in our ECS programs. The children we work with are between 2-6 years of age and we utilize AB Ed funding to support children within our EAL, Mild/Mod, Mod, and PUF funded programs. The children we support range between Mild/Moderate, Moderate, and Severe OT delays and include varying levels of needs or diagnosis.

We work as a team and in collaboration with the certified teacher to develop strategies, coach and support team members and parents in daily classroom plans. Collaborate with teacher to develop, implement, and evaluate Individual Program Plan (IPP) goals.

Learning Potential Foundation is an ECS provider with a head office in Airdrie, AB and we are looking for a part time OT for two sites in Airdrie for the current school year.  Airdrie is only a short 20 min drive from downtown Calgary and you are driving against traffic!  No more sitting in traffic jams to get to work.  Scheduling is flexible and can be discussed.

We provide excellent mentoring and training of all our therapists.  Prefer some previous experience but new grads welcome.
